Colonel Marc A. Cloutier

Colonel Marc A. Cloutier received his commission in 1995 from Georgetown University. He served as a lieutenant in 1-504 PIR, 82nd Airborne Division. Following the Infantry Captain’s Career Course, COL Cloutier served as an instructor and S3-Air at 6th Ranger Training Battalion, Eglin AFB, Florida, followed by a tour with 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (AASLT) as a battalion S4 and company commander. After leaving company command, COL Cloutier served in an AC/RC assignment at Fort Drum, New York, where he also deployed as a combat advisor.

COL Cloutier’s field grade officer assignments include duty at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia; HQDA G-8; and command of 1/187 Infantry, 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (AASLT). His most recent assignment was G-3, U.S. Army Joint Modernization Command, at Fort Bliss, Texas.

COL Cloutier has multiple tours of duty in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, New Dawn, and Resolute Support.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Justice from American University, Washington, D.C., a master’s degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University, and a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
