FORT BLISS TAX CENTER (FY18)

The Fort Bliss Tax Center recommends that all clients schedule appointments in advance. Clients can schedule appointments by calling 915-568-1040, or in person at 122 Slater Road. While we do allow walk-in clients between 9 a.m. and Noon, Monday through Friday, walk-in clients are not guaranteed same-day service. At times with extremely heavy demand, the Tax Center may be forced to limit walk-in, same-day service to clients who can file a 1040-EZ.

The Tax Center prepares 2017 tax returns from January 22, 2018 to April 17, 2018. Any tax related questions or issues outside of this period should be directed to the Fort Bliss Legal Assistance Office, Building 113 Pershing Rd 915-568-7141.

For tax assistance during the FY18 tax season (January 22- April 17, 2017), beginning on January 19, 2017, please make an appointment by either calling 915-568-1040 or by visiting us at 122 Slater Rd, Fort Bliss (in the Legal Assistance Office parking lot – behind Building 113 Pershing Road).

During the tax season, we are open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturdays and training holidays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We serve walk-in clients without appointments from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Friday. At all other times, our services are by appointment. Clients can make appointments in person or over the phone.

** Please note, the Fort Bliss Tax Center will operate on a normal schedule on the March 30th training holiday, but will operate on a Saturday schedule on April 2nd. This means that we will not be able to take walk-in appointments on April 2nd. **
