Fort Bliss Visual Information Branch

The Fort Bliss Visual Information Branch is under the Plans and Operations Division of the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS). It is a full service Visual Information support activity comprised of Photography, Graphics, Presentation Support, and TV/Multimedia Production.

The V/I Branch is the authorized Visual Information Center for Fort Bliss and the designated geographical areas. The V/I Branch supports training and significant events with a wide range of Visual Information (VI) products and services. All requests for these functions/services must be submitted at the Visual Information Ordering Site (VIOS).

Fort Bliss Visual Information Branch Mission

Serves as the Installation Manager for implementation of DA/G-6 and IMCOM Visual Information Policy and procedures.

Manages the operation of a full service Integrated Visual Information activity as authorized by Army G-6.

Implements Army G-6 IMCOM and Garrison directives, policy and procedures.

Provides regional video production and documentation in support of IMCOM directed projects.


The Fort Bliss Visual Information (VI) Center is located at the Soldier Support Center on 21000 Minue Drive, across the hall from the Defense Military Pay Office (DMPO). The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:30-11:30 AM and 12:30-4:30 PM.
