The Fort Knox Fire & Emergency Services is one of the premier fire departments in the Army. Nationally accredited through the Center for Public Safety Excellence in 2017, we strongly believe in innovation, leadership and community involvement. We are a dedicated fire fighting force that holds true to our mission "to preserve lives, property and protect the environment". Providing first class service and support to Soldiers, Families, Civilian Employees and Visitors. Our daily efforts are directed at the prevention and control of fires, accidents and complex emergencies while always maintaining the highest standard of professionalism, efficiency and effectiveness. Our fire prevention staff are actively involved in risk mitigation and are eager and available to support your needs.
