In accordance with HQ, DA guidance, the EEO Office offers the following required training:
Initial Training
- EEO Program overview for new employees and new supervisors.
- Training in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) is integrated into the Army's Sexual Harassment/Assault Response & Prevention (SHARP) Training Program.
Note: The initial training is offered in a classroom setting to all new employees and supervisors.
EEO, Anti-Harassment and No FEAR Act Training
- Employee Update Training
IAW AR 690-12-D, Supervisors and managers will ensure that non-supervisory employees complete the Army's "EEO, Anti-Harassment and No FEAR Act Training" Course for nonsupervisory personnel annually and that they are aware of the anti-harassment policy and procedures and their role in the Complaint Process. Supervisors will complete the Army's "EEO, Anti-Harassment and No FEAR Act Training" Course for supervisors annually.
